WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM YOUR PHOTOSHOOT EXPERIENCE?

 

Firstly, congratulations on deciding to book a photographer to capture this time in your life.  Whatever the occasion with some many things to make something special (Venue hire, decor, the cake invitation and not to mention the access to capturing everything with your phone,) you will be forgiven to make us your last choice.

We completely understand that finding the right Photographer for yourself and your family can be overwhelming let alone hiring one.

We know you are seeking someone whom you can connect with to capture your special memories and help guide you with the right artwork for your keepsakes.

Below we give you a simple outline of what you can expect from your experience with Just Nevaeh Film and Photography.

 

We have outlined the process of your photoshoot from your first inquiry to receiving your final images and artwork.

Step 1 - Check us out!

By the time you’ve come to book a session with Just Nevaeh, you should have already had a good nosy around our social media platforms and looked at our website. If you haven’t, what you waiting on, check us out!

 

Please also note what you see shouldn't be the reference for our work but the start to what we can create. We treat each person that books with us a new experience to do something different.

Step 2 - Book your session

Now you checked us out and are ready to book, use the Get in touch button to request a photo shoot. Once we’ve agreed on a date for your photo shoot, we will send you the booking documents.

Please note that you are booked in when you’ve completed the booking documents and paid the session fee deposit to secure your date. You must pay your final balance 24hrs before your session.

 

Exciting! You will receive a confirmation email which includes a Client Preparation guide for your session type with some info about your session, handy tips, what to wear, etc.

Step 3 - Your photoshoot

The day is now here and you're coming to see us. This is when the magic happens! Don’t be nervous: we are super friendly, and love it when we get to be in our favourite element which is capturing people and Sophia will probably talk your ear off!

You will have our undivided attention and will give you guidance throughout the photoshoot and if you need some extra prompting we will do it in a manner that you will feel comfortable posing and plus we will probably have lots of laughs too!

 

We will capture a variety of images to ensure we capture the heart and soul of your session so when you come to look over your images you will have plenty to choose from.

Step 4 - Your Viewing & Ordering Appointment

Approximately 1-2 weeks after your photoshoot, your images will be loaded to your private gallery for viewing. This is where you will see the best of your images. Depending on your session your image number can be anything thing from 30 to 200. Your gallery is available for viewing for approximately 4 weeks, then it will be removed. Please note there is a fee to have your gallery extended.

There are several Collections and artwork options to suit your needs. Samples are available to view and touch in the studio. Please allow 4-6 weeks after your order is placed to receive your gorgeous products that will be custom made just for you. As soon as your products are ready, we will get in touch via email to inform your of delivery.
